Neha is a recent graduate who just moved to Mumbai to chase her dream in hotel management. As time goes on, people's ideas and values often shift, especially compared to those of the previous generations. Today's young adults tend to have very different beliefs from those who were young about twenty to thirty years ago. While the past influences our present, it's clear that things will keep changing. Just as today’s views are different, tomorrow's ideas will change again. This brings us to an important question: Why do many people today prefer renting a home instead of buying one?
